The role is with a global company that is growing steadily, has teams around the world and truly invests in employees - with fantastic mentorship, training and progression opportunities.You will lead a range of analytical projects as outlined below and work as a core part of the procurement team, focused on supporting Category Managers around the world with their raw material commodities/directs tenders/procurement.The role: Assist the procurement team in gathering business intelligence from various systems internally and with 3rd parties.Implement digital technologies to improve procurement processes.Administer Procurement tools, including access, user accounts management, and spend classification.Support Category Managers to maintain and update Sievo spend, contract and savings data in real-time.Partner and understand the key priorities and business needs of our internal customers and the needs of the Procurement team (Category Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams).Help identify business requirements and assist in executing a roadmap.Support in collecting data to aid decision-making, including setting up Key Performance Indicators and dashboards.Collaborate with 3rd party technology platform providers, such as Sievo, Scanmarket, and Airtable.Evaluate supplier proposals to identify opportunities and risks. Create, maintain, and update data for tenders in real-time, to support negotiations and decision-making in a constantly changing business environment.Build relationships with the broader Procurement team, promoting data sharing and transparency.Support in ensuring projects are delivered according to expectations.Learn from and share best practices across global categories.Occasional travel might be required.Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering, Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics).3+ years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Including 2+ years working within a procurement capacity.Advanced understanding of data visualization.Introductory skills in SQL and familiarity with a BI tool.Nice to haves include:Experience with Sievo or other Spend Analytics tools.Experience with eTenders.If interested, please let me know ASAP.
