We are currently looking for a Process Mining Consultant - Celonis (F/M) based in Madrid. Within our Information Technology Department, you will work closely with our process consultants and our business and IT experts on the business processes, thereby creating visibility for optimization potential and creating the future with us. The position can be filled full-time or part-time.What you will accomplish together with us:You will advise the business and improve overall skills in end-to-end analysis of existing processes and identification of innovative new solutions using process mining (Celonis).Developing best practices and providing guidance and support to other team members are part of your main responsibilities.You will actively support the business in familiarizing themselves with the tools and their capabilities.You will explore and define new processes in a structured approach and transform and integrate new data models.To raise the product to a holistic level, you will draw on the possibilities of the platform (e.g. Celonis Action Flows, Dashboards, Views, or Apps).You will further develop the process mining platform by testing new possibilities in our EMS (Execution Management System).You actively drive the increase of transparency across the existing process landscape.You will conduct product and solution-specific workshops to introduce the business to the topic and learn specific features.The implementation of solutions with Celonis and the design of the rollout, in coordination with the stakeholders, round off your area of responsibility.What will convince us:You have successfully completed education in the field of (business) informatics, mathematics, physics, or data science.Several years of professional experience in consulting.We assume knowledge of the Celonis Toolbox: PQL, Action Flows, Real-Time Data, Execution Apps, Process Simulation, and version control.Programming experience and advanced knowledge of SQL, ideally also of Python, as well as (basic) knowledge of SAP are desirable.You enjoy analyzing complex situations and represent the topic of process mining with enthusiasm.Targeted communication is one of your strengths and feels equally comfortable in German and English language projects.Identification with our core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment, and the motivation to work in a fast-growing company.What we offer:Our ambition is to simplify progress in life science research and the biopharmaceutical industry to help translate scientific findings into new therapeutics faster and more efficiently, so that more people can obtain access to better medicine.
