Tasks: Management, specification, and sales qualification of the inbound leads before allocation to the relevant sales channel. Sales development in the UK market: Bringing in new business and further developing our B2B customer base in all company sizes (from SME to internationally operating companies). Execute sales campaigns for the relevant markets, customer profiles, and products. Approach potential clients for presentations and set up online meetings (occasional travel required). Cooperation with Product Marketing, Marketing Communications, and sales teams on the execution of the outbound activities. Working with customers throughout the first phases of the sales cycle. Generate new leads to be transferred to the sales teams through high-level interactions: Directors, VPs, and C-level. Conduct research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers to identify potential opportunities and tailor sales approaches accordingly. Maintaining our existing B2B customers and achieving up- or cross-sell opportunities. Consistently meet individual lead generation targets. Develop technical knowledge on Evident's products and technologies through individual training curriculum. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in technical sales development roles in technical sales environments (microscopy knowledge will be a plus). MUST-Have: Experience in outbound B2B sales and in acquiring new business. Competitive sales character with a desire to win. Outgoing, smart, and professional character with the ability to put yourself in the customer's position. Excellent command of English is a must; a command of another language is a plus. Able to negotiate on multiple levels, including purchasing and management level. The desire to be part of a fast-growing company.
