QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control/assurance
In-depth knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITY

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and systems.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
Oversee the inspection and testing of products at various stages of production.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of quality control professionals.
Provide training and development opportunities for QC staff.
Conduct regular performance reviews and set objectives for team members.
Identify areas for improvement in the QC processes and implement changes.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless quality control integration.
Maintain accurate records of QC activities and results.
Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Ensure the organization is prepared for internal and external audits.
Lead and manage the audit process, addressing any findings or non-conformances.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) as necessary.
Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
Work with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve product quality.
