The RoleWhat You'll Do:Design and develop recruiting strategies that meet current and anticipated staffing needs.Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations and offering insight when appropriate.Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to understand their work history, job skills, training and education; and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits and working conditions.Advise management on implementing, organizing and preparing recruiting programs while providing them with training on interviewing and onboarding.Work closely with recruitment coordinators to provide accurate data on recruitment funnels, trends, market analytics, etc.Support on different projects related to recruitment training, employer branding, diversity, etc.What You'll Bring:Strong English language skills (written and verbal) is a must.Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within corporate functions, Sales, Customer Support, etc.Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred).Good sourcing skills (Boolean, x-ray, social media etc.
).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation with multiple openings.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Excellent organizational, consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills.Professional Skills:Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.Excellent interpersonal/communication and presentation skills.
