EMEA Business Manager Large Format Description: We are looking for an agile, pro-active individual to join the EMEA HP Large Format Printing Business Management Team and help with the business performance of Large Format Printing Production in EMEA.
You will work closely with Country Category, Supply Forecaster, Market leaders, Finance, and Product Management to drive business execution towards a predictable quarter exit and half quota achievement.
You would need to be analytical to dive into our business intelligence, but also a strategic thinker to find, package, and communicate with market and country teams key business insights, a strong project manager to ensure proper management of the quarter business cadence, and an influencer to get things done.
Responsibilities: Prepare, drive, and consolidate the weekly process of country forecast calls and MOR preparations including alignment with sales market leaders when needed (preparation, consolidation, alignment with sales leaders, system load for MOR, weekly reporting).Manage quarterly Game Plan process and countries requests.Manage the Outlook, Flash, and Budget preparation for the LFPro EMEA Business working closely with Finance and Product Management team to integrate the latest updates.Half yearly quota deployment which implies splitting it among EMEA clusters.Quarterly market share reporting and analysis.Drive and make proposals for business process improvements.Support EMEA business management with analysis, judgement, and recommendations/scenarios for decisions.Pro-active engagement with WW and country teams to solve/clarify business questions.Support/drive projects when needed, support the team when required.Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Required: University or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business related disciplines; advanced degree or MBA preferred.Typically, 5-7 years of professional experience with a combination of Finance, Business Planning, and/or Sales preferred.Strong analytical and presentation skills, interpret complex analysis.Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work across boundaries/cross-functional.Leadership skills, ability to influence and frame business topics for decisions/communication, also to senior management.Job: Sales Operations
