To execute this transformation, we need people within our Change Management Center of Expertise (CoE) who will develop and deploy Change Management expertise to support Tribe and Squad objectives and outcomes.
The Change & Comms Manager brings Change Management knowledge and expertise and experience collaborating with delivery teams.

You will work with a team of highly specialized experts deployed to Squads to support the delivery of BCG's Digital Collaboration products.
You will partner with other Change Managers in the Change Management CoE to identify, leverage and contribute to best practices and lessons learned.
You will coach.

Basic job responsibilities include: Develop and deliver the Agile Change Management Approaches for Digital Collaboration products, focused on embedding the products into the business and realizing business benefits.Conduct Stakeholder Assessments, identifying key stakeholders and areas of focus; develop Stakeholder Engagement Plans to address and mitigate risks.Conduct Change Impact Assessments, identifying risks to delivery/adoption; articulate practical and actionable mitigation activities.Develop and deliver both tactical and strategic Communication Plans, aligned to the overall Change Management Approach and designed to support the adoption of Digital Collab products.Write, review and send both tactical and strategic communications.Develop and deliver Training & Enablement Approaches, aligned to overall Change Management Approach and designed to support the adoption of Digital Collab products.Coach/train on Digital Collaboration products, both to consulting and business services staff (including, but not limited to Slack, Trello, OneDrive/SharePoint Online, OneNote, Office for Mobile and other future tools which could be part of the BCG digital teaming suite).Develop and continuously update coaching methodologies and guides; working closely with other coaches and relevant departments in BCG where overlaps and synergies are present.Identify, baseline and track Change Management KPIs and metrics.Act as advisor to Product Owners to identify change impacts and advise on necessary mitigation steps.Deeply engage with product squad to understand the 3-6 month roadmap.
Proactively identify and clearly articulate upcoming change and marketing priorities to support the roadmap.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designers and vendors to facilitate change activities. YOU'RE GOOD AT: Dealing with ambiguity.Change Management delivery, ideally in an Agile context.Setting and driving strategies independently with minimal manager supervision; taking ownership of projects end-to-end.Adopting the end users' perspectives and bringing that lens to the table.Executive presence and influencing senior stakeholders.Very strong communication skills (fluency in English language - written and oral).Working with a virtual team spread-out across time zones.Learning new skills and capabilities, e.g.
products, technology platforms.Problem-solving.Accuracy and strong attention to detail.Prioritizing and working in a fast-paced, collaborative and service-oriented environment.Bringing a data-driven approach to decision making, both in day-to-day management and in making strategic trade-offs.Strong presence and communications as well as listening skills, with an ability to engage effectively both in 1:1 and large group settings.Able to effectively communicate, present and facilitate discussions in-person and virtually in a room with hundreds of trainees.Passionate about driving change, teaching, coaching, collaborating with and enabling others in business and technology.A flexible, adaptive and creative mindset and strong business intuition; able to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions.Strong focus on the user experience, understanding pain points and paving a delightful path for customers.Professional and highly committed to excellence, with the highest ethical standards and strong judgement. YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS): 4-6 years of experience in consulting and/or internal, technology-driven Change Management role.Change Management Professional certification a plus.Experience operating in an Agile operating model preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication.
Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking).University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement. YOU'LL WORK WITH: The Digital Collaboration Change & Comms Chapter drives adoption and utilization.
