Requirements :
A comprehensive understanding of the integration between DevOps and QA, with a strong emphasis on the implementation of defined frameworks and adherence to cultural standards within the organization.
They should have experience in deploying methodologies tailored to various frameworks, particularly in stringent industries like Fintech, and be able to align QA practices with organizational norms and standards.
Experience working in environments with established DevOps structures and be adept at supporting activities such as automating pipelines and enabling environments.
Previous expertise defining and implementing solutions to automate regression testing, creating dynamic and ephemera test environments with containers and creating and managing test datasets properly to run test with autonomy and robustness.
Clear view solving complex testing scenarios with mixed black and white box methods due in-house developments and 3rd party software.
With a two-layered approach to QA, the candidate must be capable of conducting thorough testing both post-development and after deployment to ensure product reliability before release.
Additionally, they should value the role of user acceptance testing and end-user feedback as integral to the QA process.
Technical proficiency is required in continuous integration, deployment, and QA tools and frameworks, with an openness to adopting new tools and approaches.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, enabling the candidate to work effectively with the DevOps team and other stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance the quality of software products.
