As a unified commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform powered by AI, we provide attractions such as theme parks, museums, and theaters with an all-in-one solution to effectively manage, market, and price their products. We are a fast-growing SaaS startup, and we're looking for an Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is a great opportunity to contribute to a growing company, work with a tight-knit team, and help shape our account management operations.
To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with tech B2B customers and have a creative and resilient mindset to be able to turn customer problems into solutions.
Responsibilities:Onboard new customers / Project management:Organise kick-off meetings with new customersOwn the product roadmap and collaborate with the product team to deliver custom developments on timeManage onboarding sessions and training materialKeep customers engaged and respect project deadlinesVisit customers at their location for the sales launchNurture the relationship with active customers:Organise Executive Business Reviews every 6 months with tier-I customersDo regular check-in calls with all customersAnalyse customers' performance to identify product misuse and upselling opportunitiesImplement new features smoothlyMonitor subscriptions renewals and contract expiriesBe a product ambassador:Partner closely with other cross-functional teams to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customersStay updated on the latest product developmentsRequirements:Mandatory requirements: Excellent command of French and EnglishTech-savvy and 2+ years of experience as an account manager or project manager for a B2B SaaSStrong communication skillsTravelling is required to visit customers / visit Smeetz locations (average of 30%)Work permit in SpainPreferred requirements: Experience working with HubSpot and JiraPrevious experience at a tech scale-up company is highly preferredPrevious experience with project management is highly preferredYou have a "glass is half full" mindset, approaching challenges and opportunities with optimism and a solution-oriented perspectiveYou have the ability of building strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique business requirements.
