ROLE PURPOSE
The Brand Associate will collaborate and support the design and execution of brand strategy & operational plan to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the indication.
This role will deliver flawless execution of marketing plans for a strong customer experience and incorporate accountability for the local budget.
Ensures that all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global guidelines (including MAPP and FCPA), as appropriate.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Participation and support in the design of the brand's strategic & operational planEffective collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize the development and execution of the brand tactical planSupport on the execution of the brand's PoA and collaboration with customer facing activitiesIdentify gastroenterology customer insights and market issues and convert them into actionable brand plansSupport brand training activities for the I&I sales teamUnderstand the value and growing importance of digital channels and ensure relevant brand content creation and services are developed accordinglyManagement of internal approvals for brand promotional materialsContribute to ensure resources are invested in an appropriate manner to maximize the potential of the brandSupport planning, execution & controlling of budgets agreed, developing regular brand forecast updates to aid financial planningEffective teamwork with CBL, Sales, Medical, Compliance, Legal, etc. EXPERIENCE 1-2 years of pharmaceutical experience in marketing or relevant function (medical, H&V, sales, etc.
)Experience in multichannel marketing is preferableKnowledge of local regulatory policies and internal compliance and MQO requests and proceduresPlanning, execution & controlling of budgets QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Science, Health Sciences or BusinessFluency in Business English and Spanish language PERSONAL SKILLS Good communication skillsTrack record of working collaboratively/with othersInterpersonal skills, able to interact with a variety of key stakeholders across PfizerCan Do Mentality and resilienceActs decisively in complex and fast-moving environmentStrong organizational skills LI-PFE Purpose - Breakthroughs that change patients' lives...
