Job DescriptionJob Summary:CRM Business Program ManagerYears of experience needed: 5+ Years experienceTechnical Skills:Excellent business analysis and PM skills coupled with excellent techniques and ideally with some methodology.Ability to analyze the structure of the business (integration between Marketing, Sales & Customer Services / Post Sales).Understanding of Customer Journey & Processes.As-Is/ To-Be process mapping.Ability to streamline processes.Strong Documentation Management Experience.Align internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies/ requirements/ processes.Ability to run workshops and training sessions to ensure that everyone is on board and understands the processes involved.At least 3 to 5 years' experience of working with a CRM system - ideally with MS Dynamics CE.Ability to discover and implement new requirements into future design.Ability to write complete user stories to illustrate the requirements for new features so that the Dev team can understand and estimate the work to be done.Ability to support CRM IT PM to plan development and roll out of new CRM features.Ability to support Product Owner in the agile build and management of the CRM backlog.Ability to support CRM team during the testing phase of each release by writing business scenarios in accordance with the relevant business process and solution design.Ability to capture enhancement requirements from the support cases and create user stories that can be added to the CRM backlog.About Mphasis:Mphasis applies next-generation technology to help enterprises transform businesses globally.
