About this opportunity: We are now looking for an EHS Commercial SME to lead EHS activities during the pre-sales phase. Securing those commercial goals are met with EHS needs of the Contracts, customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of opportunities.
What you will do: Set-up the framework to identify and eliminate or control, so far as is reasonably practicable, foreseeable risks to the Environment, health or safety for business opportunities.Defining the Commercial EHS strategy and associated risk exposure.Developing and implementing effective learning and development plan across the Sales organization to ensure necessary levels of EHS and Risk Management competency are properly embedded.Simplifying processes, methods and tools with creative ideas.Support Sales organization to plan, manage, coordinate and monitor matters relating to environment, health and safety during the pre-sales phase to ensure that, so far as is reasonably practicable, the project during the execution phase will be carried out without risks to environment, health or safety.Revising Country based mandatory EHS actions required due to legal, contractual or Ericsson directive requirements.Evaluating EHS Risk versus the scope of Opportunity.Calculating EHS costs, keeping Country based cost database updated.Preparing high level EHS Project Plan.You will bring: Bachelor's degree of engineering, or relevant studies and recognized formal OHS qualification e.g. degree or diploma (Example: Post Grad / Degree and MSc in OHS Health and Safety Management or NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or another recognized certification).Proven track record of at least 5-7 years as EHS project responsible, Operations Manager or Project Manager for Network Roll-out, Managed Service or Digital Services.Familiar with the process of Network roll-out, Managed Services and Digital services contract preparation and project execution.Additional Requirements: Delivering results and meeting internal and external customer expectations.Persuading and influencing with argumentation skills.Analyzing.Results-oriented and commercial thinking.Relating and networking.Leading and supervising, have mentor skills.Financial skill.Proficient in English.Location: Preferable from any country in MELA Region (Europe, Latino America).
