Detalles del empleoTipo de empleo: Contrato indefinidoUbicación: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid provinciaBeneficios:Plan de pensionesSeguro de vidaDescripción del puesto:Head of External Engagement - Global CybersecurityCountry: SpainWe are looking for a Head of External Engagement based in our office, Headquarters in Boadilla del Monte with at least 8 years of experience in Cyber Security, with good awareness of current and emerging cyber threats, the technical environment and the key internal and external processes/policies for preventing and mitigating cyber attacks.Your role includes leading and coordinating Santander´s global external Engagement strategy on cyber security. You will work with a wide range of high-profile external bilateral and multilateral organisations, such as the United Nations, the World Economic Forum and the Organisation of American States, to deliver joint strategic and tactical initiatives on cybersecurity.Your main tasks will be:Governance: Coordinating a consistent approach to external engagement with the cyber leads in each entity.Identifying: Looking for new collaboration opportunities across the globe.Delivering: Oversee the delivery of global or locally-led collaboration projects with external projects.Reporting: Follow agile methodology to report progress on these workstreams.What you'll bring:Practical, hands-on experience working in cyber security roles.Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.Experience presenting on cyber topics to internal and external stakeholders.Technical qualifications in the cyber security or IT arena.What is the Be Tech! experience like?Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Highly competitive salary and bonuses.If you like what you've read so far, you'll like it even more once you're on board...
