What are we looking for? Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and managing innovative projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced digital marketing environment and possess strong leadership skills? If so, we want you to join our team at Good Rebels as a new Client Success Director.
As a CSD you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and identifying new business opportunities.
What would be your key responsibilities? Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Understand client needs and objectives to provide strategic advice and solutions.Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Monitor project performance and provide regular status updates to clients.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts. Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads. Prepare and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.What are the role requirements?
