As a Senior Program and Team Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, strategizing, and implementing innovative best-in-class solutions for Amazon as well as the localization industry.
You will be working with global cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external business partners, influencing localization quality processes and standards.
You will lead your team by example in advocating for the customer and seeking innovative solutions that customers couldn't imagine.
You will operate with minimal guidance in situations where strong judgment is required for solving complex negotiations.
Through a data-driven approach, you will identify process improvements and design solutions to scale our localization program through technology and automation.
Key Job Responsibilities: Drive localization quality strategy and customer negotiation Engage cross-functional teams in defining localization quality strategy for the success of international marketplace expansions Implement efficient and scalable localization solutions for tenured as well as new Amazon internal customers Partner with stakeholders across the organization to evangelize localization quality best practices, improve and automate translation processes and tools, and ensure consistent customer experience globally Identify process improvements and devise solutions that decrease cost and reduce time-to-market of localized products Define and manage localization quality metrics as they relate to the broader business and organizational goals Be accountable for quality KPIs Qualifications: MBA or Master's Degree in Project/Program Management, Languages, Linguistics, Translation, or a content-related discipline Qualified in leading industry standards, like Six Sigma, Prince 2, 4DX, or COPC Advanced Excel skills Localization engineering skills across the development lifecycle #J-18808-Ljbffr
