We are a pioneer, fast-growing, and fast-paced international company that is the worldwide marketplace leader in Wholesale Blank Apparel.As a Legal Counsel at Netenders, you will: Provide legal advice in corporate matters with a special focus on e-commerce, consumer, personal data protection, and online marketing laws and regulations.Support existing business models as well as new ones.Manage legal and compliance matters to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives while minimizing risks.Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Report legal risks to the Board of Directors.Prepare and review NDAs, contracts, legal texts, and other documents to help and support business growth and expansion.Ensure adequate response to inquiries from regulatory authorities concerning the company's operation in different market niches.Assist in the establishment and review of corporate policies.Create branches, bank accounts, and dedicated payment methods.We are sure that you have: Degree in Law and proven experience (no less than 6 years) in a law firm or corporate legal department.Strong background in e-commerce, consumer, privacy, and online marketing.Strategic vision. Excellent ability to analyze and assess processes, spot issues, and propose/implement solutions to effectively support business strategies.Ability to communicate and negotiate with external third parties (partners, providers, lawyers, public bodies, etc.).Proactivity and ability to work freely with minimal supervision to accomplish business goals and mitigate risks.Fluency in Spanish, English, and French .It will be a plus if you have: Knowledge in intellectual property and/or information security.Knowledge of international laws and regulations related to corporate matters (e.G., USA).Knowledge of international data privacy laws (e.G., GDPR, HIPPA, DPAct), regulations, and practices.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on numerous projects simultaneously and adaptability to planned or unplanned changes.Able to work well independently and as part of a team.A strong team spirit.Our benefits: Competitive fixed salary (35k) + commissionFull-time job: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Thursday / 09:00 - 15:00 on FridayMedical insuranceRestaurant ticket for your daily meal23 holiday days per calendar yearHome office once per weekBreakfast every day and brunch on FridayMonthly team building / afterworkNice office in the center of BarcelonaWe are waiting for you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
