Objectives are to offer an amazing customer experience & increase our productivity and competitiveness through the industrialization, automation, and globalization of processes and tools. ICVC is an in-house developed global transversal tool designed to enable a key step of our target operational processes: automated & streamlined customer identification. The ICVC Proxy Global Product Owner will support the Products Contracts & Services Global Product Owner in the design and build of this asset by managing the asset's development backlog. He/she will also coordinate and support rollout activities related to ICVC (I.E. Integration of partners databases).DIMENSIONS OF ROLEStrategic: ICVC is the tool enabling the very first step of AXA Partners interactions with end customers of most Business Lines. The ICVC Proxy GPO will be in charge of making this step as efficient and simple as possible for end customers, operations teams, and other tools.Transversal: The ICVC Proxy GPO will work closely with Product Owners of the Core systems used by Motor & Home, Travel, Consumer Electronics, and Health Business Lines to ensure smooth integration.International: The development of ICVC will require an ability to collaborate with a multinational team with an agile approach. Understand local culture, offer, market trends & specificities; build on what is common; adapt to country users' expectations; and cross-fertilize best practices. Initial scope is Europe (UK, FR, BE, DE, SP, IT) and can be extended to Asia and Americas.Operational: Work hand in hand with the ICVC IT Domain Owner and the development team located in Barcelona managing the backlog of features and activities that define the tasks and priorities of this team.Autonomous: The Proxy GPO will be responsible for the delivery of ICVC in line with Business requirements, as well as coordinating all the rollout activities related to this asset (I.E. customer databases integration).KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDefine target customer journey for the customer identification process in line with the vision of the different Business Lines, ensuring consistency and transversality.Design APIs and data models required to enable such customer journey.Drive the ICVC development team by owning the asset's Backlog (Request management and prioritization of all ICVC features).Ensure alignment with Data guidelines and principles: Data Privacy, security, quality, consistency etc.Onboard every new BL and Geography to integrate ICVC on the vision and workings of the tool.Work closely with core systems Product Owners to ensure a smooth and well-organized integration of tools.Definition of BAU processes and operating models for each BL and geography in scope.Create and drive the roadmap of Customers databases integration ensuring enough anticipation to the planned roll-out date to allow for end-to-end testing with other assets.QUALIFICATIONSTechnical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong project management abilities in international contexts.High level of business acumen and ability to formalize clearly business requirements.Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere in a moving environment.Value-oriented always looking at "who should do what" before acting.Customer-focused.Collaborative - capacity to adapt to different ways of working, always aiming at the common goal.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail.Advanced English.Education, Professional Qualifications and ExperienceAt least 3 years' experience in project management or similar, ideally including experience in the Insurance/Assistance industry.MBA.ABOUT AXAAXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
