We are looking for Proposal Specialists, with previous experience in Process design or project management, to be part of the development of Large International Projects within the Oil & Energy field.
Main Responsibilities:Responsible for analyzing the Client's Invitation to Bid requirements and assuring its accomplishment.Establishing commercial strategies in the preparation of the proposal to gain competitiveness.Leading the preparation of proposals, mainly related to Energy Transition projects, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team (engineering, procurement, construction, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc.).Managing communications with Clients, addressing and obtaining the necessary clarifications during the proposal preparation.Coordination/negotiation with partners, subcontractors, and/or main suppliers.Supervising and monitoring proposals costs vs. budget.Preparing the commercial and administrative documentation, ensuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate.Responsible for the timely and correct submission of the proposals.Conducting subsequent proposal presentations and clarifications meetings with the Client.Actively participating in negotiations with the Client.Responsible for the proper transfer of documentation to the Project team after award.Requirements:Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry with an industrial specialization.1 to 5 years as Proposal/Project Manager, preferably in the area of Energy Transition and Renewables, or in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment, and upstream.Experience in process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations is valued.Essential high level of English written and spoken.Availability to travel abroad.We Offer:Salary depending on experience.Flexible timetable and 2 days of remote work.Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.Place of work: Madrid.
