We are looking for proven Property Sales Consultants at one of the top sales positions within the real estate sector in Marbella, with average property sales being well above EUR1m, resulting in high earning potential for successful agents. This is a position for self-confident high-flyers with a proven track record within real estate sales, together with the ability and self-belief to succeed. Ideally, you will have previous real estate experience, together with knowledge of resales and off-plan sales, and be fluent in at least English and Spanish, with additional languages a plus.Requirements:A proven track record in sales is essential as your role will include identifying and negotiating new high-value listings together with developing new client relationships through to completion.Experience in the valuation, presentation, and selling of luxury properties to high-net-worth clients.You must be a highly presentable and dedicated sales professional with a friendly and likeable personality, an articulate manner, and a positive approach.Must have an entrepreneurial approach and be sales-driven.You will also need excellent MS Office skills.Team player.Good knowledge of the Marbella area.Available to work some weekends.Car owner and Spanish driving licence.Package: High earning potential with an excellent work environment and clients. Hours are 10:00 to 19:00 but must be flexible in line with client needs.
