Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee our villas in the Alicante South area (from La Mata to San Juan de la Ribera-Murcia). The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus and possess a strong background in property or hotel management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Property Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of properties and villas management with customer experiences.

Compliance Management: Ensure properties adhere to local regulations and standards, with support from our legal department.
Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections and implement necessary improvements.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property transactions and activities, with team support.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Proven background in property management or a related field.
