We're looking for a CRM Executive:
Location – Alicante
Alicante On Site
Working hours – 39 hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
The purpose of this job is to manage the customer database and CRM activity including email activity, research, and reporting.
Deploying and managing email campaigns including standard sends, automated sends, and trigger sends.
Managing the customer database, ensuring we protect our deliverability reputation by targeting customers effectively.
Understanding the customer lifecycle and implementing test and learn to optimize communications across all channels, including email, paid, and outbound.
Defining and implementing segmented and promotional email communication plans including lifecycle programs and behavioral targeting.
Implementing measures to reactivate lapsed and dormant customers and recommending plans for divesting old data.
Working with the multichannel, buying, and merchandising teams to plan promotional email campaigns promoting key product areas and brands.
Continued analysis and measurement of email performance and benchmarking against competitors and other leading retailers for best practices.
Continuously analyzing and reporting site and content performance and recommending improvements and developments.
Developing a full email testing plan to test email content, subject lines, send times, and any other tests we wish to conduct.
What We're Looking For:
Experience of CRM programs is essential.
University graduate or equivalent marketing qualification is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and good multi-tasking ability are essential.
B2/C1 English proficiency.
