What you'll do: Identify and Prospect: Proactively identify project opportunities in mature destinations through research, market analysis, and networking. Prospect and initiate contact with companies and organizations requiring large-scale accommodation solutions. Consultation and Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and design personalized accommodation and service solutions that meet their requirements. Provide consultative and strategic guidance to present the competitive advantages of Apartool's solutions. Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals to clients, showcasing how Apartool's solutions align with their objectives and benefits. Negotiate terms and conditions that reflect the value and quality of the offered solutions. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the Project, Operations, and other departments to ensure proper project implementation and execution. Effectively communicate client requirements and expectations internally. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Maintain open and ongoing communication to understand their evolving needs and ensure continuous satisfaction. Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed established sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Apartool's Project Area.
