Every day, we help customers in energy, chemicals and resources get one step closer to solving our planet's toughest issues.Position SummaryON-SITE ROLEResponsible for independently applying advanced scheduling and planning techniques and analysis within a project environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesPerform all aspects of planning/schedulingMonitor job progress according to schedulesCoordinate with material expediters concerning critical items of supplyParticipate in expenditure forecastsQualificationsMinimum 4 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience (if no school)Required knowledge of planning programs according to job site or compatiblePlanner Engineer to work on a variety of projects within a Portfolio Projects at client site.Required previous work and site experience in Petrochemical, Chemical and/or Oil & Gas Industries.Able to use Primavera P6 proficiently as the main tool to develop project schedules and reports.Main activities include planning, scheduling, and reporting project progress according to Project Management/Portfolio Projects requirements.Able to identify and analyze project requirements and proactively advise Project Management on any critical paths identified in each individual project.Able to provide Project Management with reports/status of project progress and build MPP vs Workload as required.Able to interact with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to identify and analyze project requirements and risks associated with executing projects.Native/Fluent in Spanish; English fluency preferred.What we offer youProviding an agile culture and challenging work opportunities results in a positive work environment.
