Los ingenieros de proyecto son los responsables de gestionar la creación de nuevos productos y mantenimiento de la ingeniería de los existentes.
Un trabajo que abarca desde el análisis de necesidades del mercado y de la competencia, que se hace al inicio de un desarrollo, hasta las pruebas de caracterización de los distintos prototipos para su validación previa a la transferencia a las áreas de fabricación y venta.

El puesto es hibrido, con algo de teletrabajo y muy presencial en nuestra sede de Murcia (España).
Para ejecutar un proyecto de desarrollo nuevos equipos hay que estar presente para ayudar a quienes los diseñan y construyen y para probarlos.
Una parte de las pruebas se realizan en nuestra planta piloto donde se prueban en condiciones reales.
Idealmente el candidato disfrutará construyendo métodos y procedimientos para la mejora continua (Kaizen); con el objetivo de alcanzar la excelencia y poder escalar el conocimiento generado.
About the Role - Participation in the definition of requirements with the departments involved (Customer Support and Marketing).
Process engineering (process diagrams and lists of equipment and instruments) Management of detailed engineering documentation tasks for mechanical and electrical design in collaboration with specialists.
Generation of prototype validation protocols.
Management of component lists (BOMs).
Production planning and control documentation.
Documentation of product testing and commissioning.
Execution of product characterization validation tests.
Drafting and updating of official product documents (Manuals, PDI Tests, P&IDs, ...) for the products within its scope.
Collaboration with Customer Support department in the resolution of incidents reported by customers when required.
Manage training activities both internally (knowledge transfer to production) and to distributors/maintainers and end customers.

Qualifications - Degree and Master in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or an experience and vocation that provides equivalent capabilities.
Required Skills Previous work experience in engineering and/or mechanical fabrication or product development or as experienced user of process equipment.
Ability and ambition to make decisions within his/her area of responsibility.
A passion for developing technology and seeing his/her designs and ideas became a product on the market and for the path it takes to make this happen Ability and complete orientation towards teamwork is essential.
High level of English, minimum B2 and fluent communication skills.
