The main task will be the management of innovative projects in engineering (SW/HW) as a member of the Project Management Office, located at our workplace in Torrejón de Ardoz (Madrid).Tasks to be performed: Coordinate project execution (technical/budget).Management and support of the technical team in charge.Guarantee the appropriate use of resources.Assurance of quality of processes and documentation.Risk monitoring, contingencies, and mitigations.Reporting of progression and presentations of results.Ensuring team commitment and motivation.Minimum Requirements: University BSc/MSc in Engineering (Computer Science / Telecommunications).Experience between 2-3 years in a similar position.Experience with project management tools.Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Certifications would be a plus.Experience in managing multidisciplinary & international teams.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.Knowledge of Atlassian management tools: JIRA, TimeLine, Confluence.Knowledge of Public Procurement of Innovation mechanisms would be a plus.Fluent in spoken and written Spanish/English.We are looking for a methodical, rigorous professional, with great analytical skills, especially comfortable working with a team.
