Job DescriptionAs part of our Project Management department, your role is to deliver every customer project on time within budget and scope. Your main responsibilities will be:
Work closely with the Sales teams during the pre-sales phase in order to define customer needs and to show our solutions' value.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Gather, lead, and federate project teams (both internal and external) with the aim of preparing a key-account roll out.Coordinate the different steps of the process and ensure the timing of the deliveries and their quality.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop comprehensive and detailed project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.Report and escalate to management as needed.Establish, manage, and maintain the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.QualificationsAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management.Engineering degree (IT specialization is a plus).Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of project management.Professional background within the retail industry would be appreciated.Languages: fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.Additional InformationWe innovate.
