We are looking for a JR Project Manager to:
Support the client aspects of service management for one or more outsourcing contracts. Support the day-to-day management of contract operations and performance. Invest on a daily basis in overall growth of the outsourcing contract and its financial performance. Key Responsibilities Main point of contact for support services to Regional Client. Triage and assign tickets in coordination with Service delivery leads. Release communication to Client. Track timelines and follow-up with both Support team and Subs. Manage prioritization of tickets and get the tickets resolved as per the priority. Manage escalation of maintenance tickets, in particular manage escalation, communication, and closure of major incidents. Handle escalations and communicate and take measures to meet client expectations. Manage weekly and monthly meetings with Subs. Plan and execute Service Introduction/knowledge transition. Coordinate with Subs for upcoming campaigns and align support processes. Job Requirements Must have skills Agile Project Management. Good to have skills Agile Program Management, Program, and Project Management. Technical Experience Great communication skills and stakeholder management, team engagement.
Nice to have: Working experience in the Ecommerce domain and using tools for production support like JIRA.
