This pivotal role involves managing vendor relationships and ensuring the seamless integration of external partners in our clinical trials.Responsibilities:Oversee the selection and management of clinical vendors, ensuring alignment with study requirements and budgetary considerations.Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness in vendor services.Monitor vendor performance, proactively addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions as necessary.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate vendor services into clinical trial operations efficiently.Serve as Technical expert to CST for vendor selection, budget and timeline estimates.Translate the protocol requirements into vendor technical specifications; liaise with procurementfor vendor proposal, budget and contract.Review and finalize vendor plans, manuals and tools. Oversee UAT completion. Ensure finalization of vendor requirements on time.Serve as primary point of contact for vendor issues escalation.
