Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.We're currently looking for a Global IBP Demand Planning Analytics Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain (also eligible to work remotely in the EMEA region).What you'll do: Support the Global Integrated Business Demand Planning team through overseeing the design and delivery of reports, data models, dashboards and performance metrics that drive key business decisions.Ownership of IBP BI tools, Metrics and KPI reporting for the function.Training and development of data analyst roles.Develop the process and tools of consolidating global Supply & Demand Plan.Develop optimized & efficient methods and tools to execute weekly and monthly reviews (Demand and Supply).Conduct Routine Demand analysis and report forecast changes and drivers.Ensure long-term sales forecasts are maintained in the Demand planning system.This role will be required to work with IT and Business BI teams as required to ensure the right data is available to support operational processes.Represent the Global IBP team in reviews with stakeholders; bringing insight and analysis to support improvement in areas such as sales, product management, inventory, Demand planning and manufacturing.Collaboration with the broader IBP team to help share and implement best practice.Who you are: Bachelor's degree.Minimum 5 years' experience in Supply Chain / Demand Planning or related field.Very strong analytical skills, able to deal with large amounts of data, in multiple formats and from different sources, consolidating all data and showing ability to identify and prioritize focus areas.Affinity to systems and use of computers/software.Advanced knowledge of BI tools: Power Query / Power BI / Tableau / Qlik.Good understanding of Statistical analysis and Forecasting.Good Knowledge of Demand Planning systems – SAP – APO – Oracle, Demantra or other.Experience utilizing continuous improvement methodologies and concepts such as LEAN, Six Sigma, etc
