What you will do:
Requirement gathering, analysis, and prioritization. Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications to meet customer needs effectively.
Work closely with the development and operation team to facilitate customers' onboarding.
Identify new business opportunities aligned with product strategy.
Collaborate and support the business development team.
Fluent communication with product and tech team to define clearly user stories and break them down into tasks/activities.
Guide the customer within the service onboarding journey.
Ensure service delivery quality.
Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with their goals.
Support and lead product roadshows and demos.
Participation in internal and external events like trade shows if needed.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or having proven experience as a PM/BA in technological areas.
Experience overseeing all phases of the product development lifecycle.
Knowledge and good understanding of SaaS solutions.
Strong data requirement and business analysis skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
Technical expertise in APIs, microservices, and databases for requirements gathering.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
International project and cross-functional team experience.
Familiarity with collaboration tools like Microsoft SharePoint and Atlassian Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with relevant technologies, software, and tools used in business analysis.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFE methodologies.
Strong decision-making skills.
