You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with fund managers and investors, overseeing the due diligence process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality materials.
Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of the project and achieving client satisfaction.Requirements:7-10 years of experience in Private Placement Agent roles, Investment Banking (M&A, ECM), Investor Relations within a GP, Transaction Services (Big 4), or Strategy Consulting (Private Equity).Deep knowledge of the English investment ecosystem and global capital markets.Demonstrated experience in leading project teams and managing complex transactions.Exceptional analytical and communication skills with a focus on client service.Fluent in English; other language skills are advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
