The PMO (Project Management Officer) team support General Managers and leadership teams in market.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual, fluent in written and spoken Spanish, Italian and English with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
The ideal candidate is a team player comfortable operating with a fast-paced, start-up mindset, in an international environment.
Responsibilities:- Work cross-functionally with other teams to facilitate effective communication between international teams- Effectively provide professional administration/ operative support to the Leaders and their Team as necessary- Perform other tasks/ manage various projects as assigned - Able to manage diaries, organising internal/external meetings, organising events, booking travel, hotels etc - Be a focal point for the team, judge the priorities and proactively work with the many conflicting demands - Manage basic correspondence with clients, internal and external stakeholders - Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, and procedures matters - Work Closely with the PMO in Italy to identify where additional support can be given to the leaders and their teams - Backup Italian PMO when necessary in supporting the Managing Director Minimun qualifications:- Proven experience in Administrative or Team Assistant role- Possess ownership and strong execution: able to work in an environment with conflicting priorities and with minimum supervision- Creative, adaptive, able to learn fast and think outside the box- Demonstrated objective-focused stakeholder management skills- Possess great organisation skills to manage time and schedules- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English as this role will be dealing with Italian and Spanish vendors/stakeholders Preferred qualifications: - High level of proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills- Impeccable attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
