Mission: The Head of FOAK (Plant Development) will lead the design and construction of a first-of-a-kind (FOAK) commercial plant, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. This role involves building and managing a top-tier plant development team and working closely with company founders to scale operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience in EPC project management, particularly in Gas, Refinery, Chemical, or Hydrogen sectors.

A proven track record managing large-scale projects from FEED through commissioning, including $100M+ plants or packages.

A diverse work history across multiple companies, demonstrating adaptability and comprehensive industry experience.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to optimize for speed and cost.

Position Details: This is a Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) role with significant opportunities, including equity ownership from the start.
