Job Description Key Responsibilities Maintain current GDS (Amadeus, Sabre) parsing solutions by analyzing performance, failure rate, bugs, and proceeding to resolution with internal or external partners.
Investigate and propose new alternative automatizations for the delivery team, with the scope of reducing costs and agent manual work.
Investigate and propose alternatives to the current GDS agent experience, aiming to facilitate manual work by increasing efficiency and reducing human errors.
Provide GDS hardware/software technical analysis & tests on current system flows and new developments.
Deliver new products and robotics up to speed by supporting the connected change management processes to help the adaptation of new system environments.
Establish solid business relationships with GDS suppliers (Sabre & Amadeus).
Recommend solutions to operative problems or areas of improvement, considering both short-term and long-term added value, with an eye on impact and outcomes.
Create business cases to support proposals to stakeholders, taking ownership of what is approved and facilitating implementation by collaborating with internal and external departments.
Qualifications GDS expert with strong experience in GDS tools and automatizations.
Data query experience would be an advantage.
Proven project management skills in a GDS environment.
Able to support views and proposed solutions/projects to senior company leaders.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate IT technical language into everyday terms which users can understand, specifically non-technical senior management.
Negotiating and persuading skills with both internal departments and external providers.
