?? WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
?? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on SAP FICO and SAP S/4HANA migrations.
PMP, SAP certification in S/4HANA or related modules is highly desirable.
In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, SAP S/4HANA, and related SAP modules.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams , with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the SAP S/4HANA migration project.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers, and business analysts throughout the migration process.
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transition and adoption of the new system by end-users.
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
