IE IMPACT IE IMPACT is IE University's undergraduate core studies learning journey, totaling 21 ECTS, and required of all IEU students. The IE Impact Learning Journey aims to equip students with the knowledge, mindsets and skills needed to be innovative problem-solvers who lead positive change. The Program Coordinator The Program Coordinator is a great opportunity for current IEU staff who are assistants and seek a promotion (with the support of their current supervisors). It is also a great opportunity for young professionals who seek to form part of an international team and develop themselves further in an academic institution.

Responsibilities: Your role as a Program Coordinator will involve:
Academic operations: coordination with academic partners and internal stakeholders (planning, registrar, IT) to prepare courses and materials for courses, for both students and faculty. Administrative operations: processing of expenses, travel arrangements and reimbursements, special payments, etc. Event and activity planning and execution: organize catered events or gatherings for faculty, students, or staff; ideate beyond-the-classroom activities to support IE Impact's mission. Participate or attend relevant training to improve overall operations and to contribute to innovating programs. The program coordinator role is highly administrative and requires a lot of time seated at a computer responding to student and faculty email inquiries and occasional in-person drop-ins, which makes up approximately 85-90% of the work.
The program coordinator role is also asked to balance administrative tasks with creative work, contributing to "beyond-the-classroom" activities for students that serve to reinforce IE Impact learning objectives.
Reporting: The Program Coordinator role reports ultimately to the IE Impact Executive Director. For daily operations, the program coordinator works under the supervision and with the support of the IE Impact Academic Associate Director.
Qualifications: To thrive in this role you should have:
Legal work permit to work in Spain Bachelor's Degree Native level/Fluency in English and strong conversational Spanish skills. Excellent communication skills in English and a strong customer orientation International profile and comfort in working in multicultural environments Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proactive and creative attitude Empathy Teamwork Life-long learner mindset. Availability to host and/or attend occasional evening events. Willingness to work occasionally at IEU's campus in Segovia. Preferred: Internal candidates from Undergraduate academic programs who are already familiar with IEU's internal software and processes. Familiarity and skills in Canva for the design of presentations, workbooks, media assets, etc. Eagerness to drive positive change through undergraduate education.
