Program Associate

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Associate (PA) working in collaboration with other Program Associates, shall be trained and prepared to assume responsibilities from among or related to the following tasks/duties as may be directed or assigned by the Program Director and/or the Project Officer consistent with the delineated development of her respective role as Sales Executive and/or Product Specialist.

Research and collate information from the competing products in the market including machines, assays, distributors, and end-users.
Learn the technicalities of Hybribio products including specifications, utilization procedures, quality requirements, and monitoring.
Provide technical assistance to clients and the project for the licensing of products in the Philippines, and marketing.
Learn the most appropriate and effective promotional & sales approach to clients with the complementary technical assistance through training and quality monitoring.
Keep records of clients, products, and technical services provided.
Work together with the Project team for the development of training modules, and other technical references, including recording of meetings and follow-ups.
Perform and/or assist in product demonstrations and presentations.
Implement and support sales and marketing programs and activities.
Provide customer service and support.
Participate in training sessions and workshops.
Perform other complementary tasks, functions and assignments including in-country or out-of-country travel for research, training, marketing/sales and other related assignments as may be directed by the Program Director &/or Project Officer.
Other duties and responsibilities that the Program Director or Project Officer may require.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in Biotechnology or any related course.
With a minimum of 2 years of hands-on laboratory experience, a background in Molecular Biology is an advantage.
Willing to be trained.
Microsoft Office proficient.
Highly adept in presentation and training.
A team player but can also work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
