The Profit Manager as a EPS finance business partner is responsible for driving and implementing an efficient Profit Management system, analyzing the overall combined Profitability, define and drive actions and programs to drive more profit contribution to the Enterprise, Public Sector & Midmarket Business across the Iberia Region (Spain and Portugal). They will be also responsible for the weekly/quarterly forecasts of the EPS business and will partner with the EPS sales director to ensure an accurate and timely report to comply with the deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial/commercial sign off on all Public Sector and Large Enterprise opportunities within delegation level.
- Be the Finance Business partner for EPS Sales Director to ensure forecast accuracy, business analysis and profit recovery plans to hit annual profit targets.
- Create, develop and present business cases for commercial bids to CFO in an accurate, timely and audit compliant manner
- Advise Regional CFO and GM on the appropriate course of action on all EPS bid proposals.
- Manage and consolidate the EMEA Business Unit large deal funding process for the region
- Responsible for the local region large deal funding, allocation, consolidation and tracking
- Engage with and develop relationships with regional business leaders & teams to get a deeper understanding of the local businesses.
- Identify and develop process improvements to drive efficiencies and enhance profitability
- Lead the Commercial / financial proposal for all MEGA deals within Enterprise and Public Sector
- Conduct quarterly account reviews on TOP Accounts to optimize pricing/configurations
- Support the development of the Pricing team.
You will report to Iberia CFO supporting customers in Iberia region and will be supported by a centralized pricing team. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings. Limited travel is required.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years previous experience in corporate finance with experience in Pricing or Profit Management.
- Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent, Relevant Post graduate finance qualification.
- Experience in IT Sales on end-user or channel business preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- High level of English, both written and spoken, is a must.
High level of proficiency in Excel, and other office applications.
