We are looking for a Production Project Manager to inform, develop concepts, and deliver innovative design solutions for our retail and event projects.
This role is based in Barcelona , and you'll be a pivotal member of our team, collaborating with creatives and client services to deliver top-tier retail spaces, product displays, and activations.
The Role: As a Production Project Manager , you will lead and execute ground-breaking concepts and designs, ensuring their seamless transition from the drawing board to reality.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines, and provide leadership to junior team members.

Inspire and manage junior team members, fostering a creative and collaborative atmosphere.
Ensure timelines and budgets are adhered to, delivering projects with excellence.
Collaborate with design teams on presentations, pitches, and 3D visualizations.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring all targets are met.
Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and create detailed project schedules.
Lead quality assurance, ensuring the highest standard of execution.
Communicate project status to stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes.
Implement and manage changes to ensure project success, tracking and evaluating results.
Requirements: 5 years of experience in C++ engineering and working with 3D technologies.
3 years of experience leading teams, including hiring and onboarding.
Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Strong understanding of engineering applications.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Strong project planning, risk management, and time management abilities.
Experience with strategic planning, change management, and vendor negotiation.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Fluent in English and Spanish .
Nice-to-Haves: Experience with plastic moulding and print materials.
Proficiency in 3D modelling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
