Production Manager

In this Role, your responsibilities will Be: Maintain business profitability through efficient and effective management of resources.
Management and monitoring of area KPIs.
Compliance with the production program in terms of quantity and quality on the production process and establish goals.
Manage and plan production of the area, based on the requirement.
Implement process improvements for the operation.
Detect and resolve findings in the operation.
Promote continuous improvement projects.
Root cause analysis and action plans.
Development of strategies to improve production.
Know and ensure that the personnel under your charge know and understand the Company's Quality Policy.
Supervise and motivate personnel to keep areas in compliance with the requirements of a 5S's+1 plant.
Who you are: Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
Relies on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions.
Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.
For this role, You Will Need: Administrative, Industrial, Mechanic Engineer or related degree.
Leadership, resource management, negotiation, communication, decision making, teamwork, and personnel management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to work under pressure.
Strong leadership skills.
Problem-solving abilities.
Experience with KPIs.
Mandatory: Production Scheduling, Supply Chain, Lean Manufacturing, Assembly, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics, and CNC lathes or machining.
5 years of experience in a similar position.
