We are currently looking for a Product Specialist EMEA German Speaker to join us at our facility in Asturias. The Product Specialist Non-Paint has an in-depth knowledge of the non-paint business. She/he needs to know which products are used for which application to give guidance to internal and external customers (CSRs, sales support, sales reps, VW, BMW, importers etc.) on which products to be offered for specific body-shop processes, where and how to order. In addition, expertise is required related to MRP (material requirements planning) in order to ensure that reasonable inventory levels are carried for approximately 700 materials in the central distribution center for EMEA. Furthermore, expert knowledge about SAP (WM, SD, MM modules and processes) is required, as both article creation and product ordering (PO creation) will be part of the job. Strong customer focus and project management skills are important to support different non-paint projects in EMEA. Key responsibilities: Demand Planning and forecasting of a broad range of non-paint products for Central Distribution Center Genk, Belgium. Replenishment (MRP) with manual reorder point and based on OMP+ forecasts for non-paint products in Genk. Inventory accuracy checks CDC Genk (follow up on slow-moving items based on SOX-files). Establish and maintain adequate production plans for external suppliers. Implement non-paint business related communication for direct & indirect sales channel in EMEA. Master Data Creation for Non-Paint products and data preparation for E-Commerce platform including PIM-database and webshops. Support Approved Product List (APL) implementation and roll-out in EMEA Axcess stores. Support various non-paint related projects in the EMEA region. Key requirements: Languages: Fluent written and spoken English and German required to work across sites and countries. Communication: Able to effectively and clearly convey information both verbally and in writing, adapted to any level in the organization. IT skills: Good knowledge of SAP/R3 and SAP Business Warehouse and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) – knowledge of Salesforce.Com is a plus.
