We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia.
In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied.
Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production.
Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.
Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
The Expert Series Planner has the responsibility to be the expert of its specific process, oversee the planning of production equipment from concept to handover, ensuring the demands, technical specification and timelines.
How you will CELLebrate Prepare production documentation and release for production readiness (Operation Instruction, Autonomous Maintenance, 5S instruction, etc.).
Production KPI monitoring, daily deviation review and follow up OPLs.
Driven problem solving by coordination and alignment with project management, technical experts, international stakeholders and external suppliers.
Implementation of production system by defining with IE, creating implementation plan and alignment with foreman.
Continue improvement to reach production target KPI.
Continuous coordination and optimization of manufacturing resources across all production phases, with a focus on ramping up equipment.
Support audit and customer release.
Participate in simultaneous engineering teams to ensure project status.
Production project management to deliver on production KPI like specification compliance, scrap rate, production efficiency etc.

What you need for our CELLebration Requirements: Knowledge of production system and lean production.
Familiar with mass production environment.
Knowledge of project management and familiar with new product introduction project.
Clear and logical communication skills.
2+ years of project management experience is preferred.
Fluent English.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Initiative to lead problem solving.
Office application software.
4+ years in manufacturing industry.
Bachelor / master degree in automotive/engineering/project management major.
