Characteristics of the Role: PC&IS technologies are never static, and ongoing there will always be a need to be at the forefront of the team seeking how to take advantage of and build new capabilities in virtually all areas of the business, to maintain and improve standards (Ensure inclusion of IWS principles/standards into site PC&IS work processes; Maintain documentation of site PC&IS standards, practices, CBA's, and ensure right TT&T for new technologies).
Your responsibilities as PC&IS: Lead PC&IS Innovation partner with Engineering and Platform to define and deliver upstream innovation in PC&IS technology, including control system platforms, sensor innovation, and digital solutions. Maintain PC&IS Technical Standards. Set and maintain the Global PC&IS standards. Ensure solutions developed are reapplied to the rest of plant technologies. Leads ongoing evolution of standards to meet business needs. Develop the PC&IS Capability of the Organization by coordinating and leading PC&IS training ongoing for the organization, including onboarding of new PC&IS. Formally mentor and coach PC&IS, including reviewing PC&IS documents/work, attending PC&IS reviews, and supporting VATs and startups. Partner with regional/platform PC&IS capability owners to develop training materials and step-up cards for PC&IS technologies. Solve and resolve machine electrical/control issues using appropriate tools and software. Collaborate with site IT leader to maintain compliance with P&G standards for OT compliance. Support LEDS and Proficy. Own OT asset management. Partner both Internally and Externally. Manage relationships and coordinate activities with Wipes & Diapers Platforms for PC&IS standards and innovation.

Process and/or Machine Control experience. Shown expertise with sensors, motors, PLC's, and industrial automation. Robotics, Machine Vision, and/or Networking skills are a plus. Have real passion for integrating technologies to enable the future of Digital Manufacturing via Industry 4.0 technologies, Data, and Analytics.
