The Position
About Roche Diagnostics: Roche Diagnostics is a division of the Swiss Roche Group, dedicated to the continuous improvement of healthcare.
We develop innovative, safe, and fast systems for the in-vitro diagnostics market, for patient self-monitoring, and for the research community.
Scope:
Provide specialized telephone technical and applications support to users of our analyzers in the Anatomic Pathology and Molecular Biology product lines, maintaining an excellent level of communication, follow-up, and proactive collaboration with the customer to achieve rapid resolution of any issues or requests raised.
We work remotely, and the company sends the equipment.
Required Profile:

Students of Biomedical Engineering and/or Biomedicine.
Able to make curricular and/or extracurricular internship agreements.
Languages: Spanish, English (conversational and good writing skills), Portuguese is a must.
Proactive.
Solution-oriented.
Teamwork and collaboration.
Interest in new technologies.
Analytical thinking.
