Your responsibilities will include client onboarding, training, technical support, and workflow adaptation. Key Responsibilities: Client Implementation: Lead the integration of our software into client workflows, ensuring a seamless transition. Training: Conduct tailored sessions to educate clients on maximizing software capabilities. Customization: Adapt software features to meet diverse client requirements. Technical Support: Address and resolve client issues, providing ongoing assistance and guidance. Documentation: Develop user guides and contribute to knowledge base articles to support client self-service. Qualifications: Proven experience in software adaptation and workflow customization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements or industry events. Preferred Experience: Background in project implementation or consulting. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and client/server architectures. Experience in the media industry or related fields. Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk).
