ABOUT THE ROLE amp; TEAMWe are looking for a dynamic Junior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of pilot-centric applications, specifically the eWAS and Flight Folder apps.
These apps are integral components of the electronic flight bag (EFB) experience for pilots.
The successful candidate will work closely with a senior product manager, contributing to the goal of creating the most seamless and effective digital experience for pilots, in collaboration with cross-functional teams across other product portfolios.QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL DO:Work closely with the product manager to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for eWAS and Flight Folder.Collaborate with development teams to enhance app features, ensuring alignment with user needs and aviation industry trends.Engage with pilots, airline operators, and key stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on product usability and performance.Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to integrate these apps with other tools and systems for a comprehensive pilot solution.Assist in the preparation of product documentation, including user guides, training materials, and release notes.Provide product support, training, and demos for airline clients and internal teams.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and feature optimization.Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, particularly in the areas of pilot tools, cockpit technologies, and aviation compliance.ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the aviation or aerospace sector.Familiarity with cockpit operations, pilot workflows, or Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs).Experience in app development or working on digital tools for aviation is a plus.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.NICE-TO-HAVE:Pilot experience or experience working directly with pilots and flight operations teams.Strong understanding of aviation regulations and industry standards related to cockpit tools and pilot operations.Passion for aviation technology and a commitment to enhancing the pilot experience.Experience working in a global, multi-cultural environment.WHAT WE OFFERWe're all about diversity.
