As a team of 30 colleagues, we drive innovation for REWE digital in Germany.Your newly established team in Spain (Team Custom Mobile Solutions) will provide innovative solutions for the development of modern business applications on mobile enterprise devices based on the latest mobile technologies in the age of digitalisation.In this context, we are focussing on providing the basic technical functionality and component-oriented frameworks for app development that cover the diversity of requirements in our business applications and can be used on all mobile enterprise devices.We are looking for a Product Owner (PO)Someone who combines the entrepreneurial spirit to find innovative solutions with a team in Spain and at the same time manages stakeholders in Germany and their requirements.What you will doYou are holistically responsible for your product and your budget.You make life easier for many colleagues by providing and supporting our mobile frameworks based on modern mobile technologies.You take responsibility for the strategic direction of the product, the product vision and roadmap together with the team and stakeholders.You design the product backlog for our central mobile base technology, which is used in all individually developed Android app solutions in the B2E environment.You write, prioritise and evaluate user stories together with team members and stakeholders such as our user experience department or the product owners of the specialist applications.You perform the commercial and organisational tasks for the product within the company.You communicate transparently about the progress of your product development and proactively ensure that customer behaviour and the use of the product are measured.You stay up-to-date and keep yourself informed about trends and innovations on the market.You stand for transparent, open communication with your team, your stakeholders and your colleagues.What you will bringYou are enthusiastic about agile working and believe in cooperative collaboration.Experience in presenting and moderating content in a way that is appropriate for the target group.Your successfully completed degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.Your knowledge of modern Android technologies such as Kotlin, Jetpack Compose or comparable frameworks.Experience with the use of user-centred approaches.Your ability to act as a facilitator between the development team in Spain and our stakeholders in Germany.Fluent English is required; good German skills would be a benefit.Willingness to be regularly present in the Malaga office.Your availability to travel to Germany from time to time.Our BenefitsA startup-like culture with fascinating opportunities, combined with the security of being part of a major corporate force in the REWE Group
