About the Role: As a Senior Product Manager, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities: Work on Continuous Product Discovery: Lead and participate in collaborative product discovery efforts, instilling a culture of exploration and validation within the team.
Conduct deep market research and user studies to uncover opportunities for product innovation, using data-driven insights to shape product strategy.
Recognize great design, critically assess what is valuable for end-users, and collaborate with the design team to contribute to design decisions.
Create and maintain a comprehensive, high-complexity product roadmap, ensuring that it drives growth and is clearly communicated across stakeholders at all levels.
Effectively manage and prioritize the product backlog, considering all relevant factors.
Execute Cross-functional Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and scaling.
Understand and apply the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) effectively, communicating technical concepts clearly with the development team.
Inspire cross-functional teams to think creatively, ensuring product development is guided by customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.
Work independently with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear, motivating objectives for the team.
Facilitate discussions with technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding.
Demonstrate effective time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
Leverage Essential Skills for Dynamic Product Management: Clearly articulate product vision, strategies, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, tailoring communication to different audiences and ensuring alignment across teams.
