Align technology feasibility, customer needs and business goals.Dream and think out-of-the-box; still, be rooted and make big-ideas real by a realistic strategy.Grant a meaningful and clear Product Backlog. Gather and specify requirements and product characteristics, autonomously or collaborating with the stakeholders and Developers.Inspire the team to create features that will delight customers. Maximize the value created by the team,while keeping a sustainable peace and a great motivation.Know about the market, its players and the competitive landscape (providers, technologies, other products, trends, etc.).Have a start-up mindset. Able to nicely and effectively interact with Developers, business units, customers and end-users.Your SkillsTrained in Scrum and as a Product Owner. Owning a basic certification(e.G.: PSPO, CSPO). Ideally, owning an advanced certification (e.G.: A-CSPO, PSPO II).Sound professional experience in leading cross functional teams or software,infrastructure or operations architecture design.First experience in implementation projects and/or products in the Conversational AI area and/or Contact Center environments.Experience in working with international teams in a multicultural environment.Excellent subject matter expertise: Clear product vision and its value proposition for customers and stakeholders
