About The Role Join Fundraise Up as a Product Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product offerings and customer needs. Your mission will be to collaborate closely with diverse teams, including marketing, engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure our solutions resonate deeply with the challenges and opportunities faced by our users.
Key Responsibilities Develop product marketing briefs, messaging documents, competitive positioning, internal product training content, and external communication strategy for launches and in-market programs for existing and prospective customers.Monitor competitive activity, identify customer needs, and interact with engineering, operations, and sales to bring innovative new products to market.Represent the voice of the customer across the organization through differentiated messaging, positioning, and audience segmentation.Contribute to a customer reference program to curate and showcase customers' success across various industries and use cases.Maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape and develop sales tools and resources for the sales team.Work with marketing team members across content, design, and web development to plan and execute new product launch campaigns.Collaborate with engineering to align marketing priorities and programs with the product and business roadmap.Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS.Strong understanding of product marketing principles and experience developing go-to-market plans.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics software (Hubspot, Salesforce).Self-starter and team player, excited to learn and continuously improve.Proficient in both English and Russian languages.Benefits Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits and perks, meaningful equity, and a competitive salary:
